Bearton Road

Room available to rent on Bearton Rd, Hitchin. Its a cosy house with lots of living space and a big garden and only 10min walk from town and 15 to the station. I would prefer to live with vegans / or vegetarians if possible as i am vegan myself but thats certainly not a deal breaker. It is a very pet friendly house, I have chickens that have free rein of the garden and 2 angel cats called Hal and Margot that will almost certainly demand both food and cuddles. So also cat lovers preferred i guess. The room for rent is very spacious, its the nicest room in the house and has loads of space for storage, desk and big bed etc.Bills are about 150/200 each per month. I do film production and often work from home most days but I also work in a record store a few days a week. I also play in a band so there are plenty of instruments around if you fancy a jam.
