Housemate wanted for a stunning 4 bedroom house in Osbaldwick area of York. Double room. The house is about a 15 minute walk to campus east and on a bus route to the Uni and into York. The three housemates will be going into their third year or starting postgraduate degrees at Uni of York The house is extremely well maintained and situated in a lovely area. There is a small garden which is maintained by the landlord. Honestly - the house is fantastic! The rent is £199 per week inclusive of bills. The tenancy will run from July 2025 to end June 2026 Also have to add that the landlords are fantastiic
