The flat is a south-facing, lovely two-bed with equipped kitchen, spacious living & dining room, and a balcony. The room available also has its own bathroom. The rent is £975 per month and water is included in the rent. Bills come to around £150 per month. Council tax- Band D. Benefits are not accepted by the landlord. The contract will be for 12 months with a 7 month break-clause. Hackney Wick, Regent’s Canal, Victoria Park, the Olympic Park, and Abba Arena are all a short walk away from the flat, as are the nearest tube stations: Bow Church (DLR), Bow Road (H&C & District), Hackney Wick (Overground) ,and Mile End (Central). There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby, including Tesco, Iceland, Superdrug, and Greggs, as well as an independent coffee shop just down the road.

You’ll be sharing the flat with myself, a 26-year-old, friendly queer guy who works for the NHS. I’m into cooking, yoga, running, travelling, and socialising. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is chilled, clean and tidy, and wants somewhere nice and homely to live. LGBT+ preferred. I’m looking to share the flat with someone friendly, easy-going, clean, and who wants to live with someone they can get along and hang out with, whilst also respecting each other’s boundaries and privacy.
