Double room in 2 bedroom flat within walking distance of city centre and shops, basically anything you need is 5-10 minutes walk away. For £30 your room can include being cleaned and bedding changed twice a month. There is space for a small fridge in the room. Double bed, with build in cupboards and small tv mounted on the wall in the room. Washing machine and dishwasher, no tumbledryer. Clothes dry pretty quickly on a drying rack though.

I am a 54 year old single female looking to rent out my spare room. It’s a quiet area, I am quiet and need plenty of quiet time. I am currently doing a degree and working. I don’t have any pets, and work most nights till 8pm but like sleeping in and study in the morning. Looking for someone that is conscious of peoples space, quiet, clean, easygoing and good work ethics. I also on occasions do hair and massages from home.
