Two large m double Rooms available to rent in a large house occupied by owner and 2 current lodgers - all professionals working full-time. There is plenty of parking on the driveway and use of lounge, kitchen, utility room, garden, garage for storage if you need it, etc. All bills included. Superfast Wi-Fi included. The house is a flat walk to the Broadway, where shops include Tesco, M&S food, And most other High Street shops, also a leisure centre with swimming pool. This takes around eight minutes to walk to. There are bus services to Wimborne, Poole and Bournemouth From The next road. There is a brand-new super king bed in the room (Which is not shown in the photo - That’s the old bed!)

I live in the property along with 2 others. I work for The NHS and sometimes do long hours. I’m quite sociable so happy for someone to come and sit and chat with me anytime. The lounge is open to all!! Have always got on very well with previous housemates and have remained friends for years So hopefully that is a good sign!! I have one cat who is ridiculously affectionate, so you may have to fight her off at times…!
