This is my flat, it’s on the first floor and I’m the only other resident/flatmate that lives here -with the exception of Nibbler my pet rat who’s very adorable and friendly. He’s also 2 which is old for a rat but it’s not an issue if you don’t want to interact with him. I’m very easy going and (would like to think) easy to get on with.
