Room contains double divan bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail and bedside table.

Kitchen which features breakfast bar, built-in wash machine, dishwasher etc. all for shared use.

Shared living room- bench dining table, sofa, and armchair, TV and contemporary artwork.

1 large shared bathroom incl separate shower and bath.

Bills will be split evenly across 3 tenants .

Currently in the house is Katie, a 23 year old Youth Development lead and Sam, 26, who works in a receptionist role. Both Sam and Katie work full time so are not in the house during the day. They are both super respectful, clean and tidy. They are sociable but also allow everyone in the house their own space and ensure to split household tasks equally.
