About the room
Hey! I’m currently living here but looking for someone to take over my tenancy (there’s 6 months left but you are welcome to extend this) as I am moving out with my boyfriend.
There’s a parking space on the drive - the current tenant doesn’t use it so this would be all yours. Also there’s a built in wardrobe and storage space included in the room.
It’s a beautiful, modern and semi detached house in Christchurch. You’ll have full use of the double bedroom advertised, large lounge, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (bath included) and massive garden.
It’s just sharing with one other person - she’s 36 and is a working professional. Really chilled out and easy to get on with.
The room is unfurnished but I am willing to part with some of my furniture - pictured. Please get in touch if you have any further questions.
