Hettie's room

Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my unfurnished double bedroom ASAP (but if someone wants to move in Feb, that’s fine too!).

The room comes unfurnished with two walk in wardrobes on either side (both have rails for hanging clothes!). However, I do have a new mattress I’m selling if you’re interested!

The house includes a shared living room, shared kitchen (with all amenities and a dishwasher), a washer/dryer room and two bathrooms. One has a walk-in shower and the other has a bath (but also has a shower head). There’s also a large balcony for either hanging your washing or relaxing in the sun! Please note the photos are professional from before we moved into the flat, it now has plenty of personal touches (and sofas 😊).

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Southgate station (it takes 20 minutes to get into central London) and is a bus away from Arnos Grove and New Southgate station. It’s also a ten minute walk from the high street and a 15 minute walk from a (super-helpful) large ASDA.

Bills are not included and come to roughly £120 a month. Please note there will be a deposit of a few weeks’ rent.

We’re looking for friendly, young professionals who want to treat this like a home but who would also love to hang out sometimes!

You’ll be living with 3 other housemates Yass, Meg and Mochi the cat. All three are absolutely lovely and I’m sorry to leave them having moved into my own place.

Meg works in publishing and loves Star Wars and Formula 1. Yass is looking to go into teaching and loves cooking. They’re fantastic!
