Hi, I’m Amy,

I’ve lived in Newport for 3 years, I like my home to be tidy and clean, but balance is key. The space available is a furnished large double room with a desk area for WFH, ideal for professionals or students.

The house is in an excellent location, just a 20 minute walk to Newport train station/town and a 5 minute drive to the M4. My house is situated near to Allt-yr-yn Nature Reserve and being a local I can tell you all about the hidden gems of Newport and wider Wales!

A bit about the house, there is a south facing garden that can be enjoyed, a large lounge/dining room, kitchen diner and bath/shower room. The house is on a residential cul-de-sac with on street parking.

I like cooking and seek out ethically sourced food. I also enjoy socialising, Park Run, I like spending time outside and general all round wholesome experiences. I’m interested in local Newport politics as well as wider environmental issues.
