Erin's room

The room is a large double , with a sink, desk , wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house is a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and down the road from bus stops going towards town and universities. The house has 2 bathrooms , a living area, kitchen and small garden area. All bills are included with good wifi connection throughout the house. This property is managed through Kendrick’s property so all finances will go through a professional company, this means a security deposit of £990 will be required but paid back at the end of the tenancy.

All housemates are girls 19 to 20 studying at university. Everyone is clean and sociable but each enjoy a quiet place to study and relax. Everyone is very friendly so will want to meet their new housemate before moving in !
