The house comes with a washing machine, shared living room/kitchen, a backyard garden, a front patio and a shared spare room that is being used as an art studio mainly. It’s three minutes away from the closest bus stop, and about 10 mins to the closest big shop and 15 mins to the closest gym. The room itself is well sized and comes with a double bed, a mantlepiece, a double wardrobe, a desk and a set of drawers, as well as a large bay window that looks over the front. There is a downstairs bathroom right outside the door, and upstairs there is another bathroom that comes with bath/shower,

The price is about £610 (£520 rent and £91 bills), however I have already paid deposit and since I have paid for January rent, you’d be more than welcome to move in this month after meeting the housemates and enjoy a few weeks rent-free. The tenancy is until end of June.
