Shared kitchen facilities, a seperate sitting room could be made available if required and the right person would have to do some furniture shifting to make it available. Must be a pet lover and mindful of closing outside doors. 3 small dogs, 2 cats a reptile and a rabbit. Mother and 17-year-old full time and one Uni student during holidays. The house has 1 family bathroom, 1 downstairs shower room and 1 en-suite (not in the room advertised) so a private bathroom could be included with some ‘re-jigging’. Plumbing for a upstairs own laundry facility is available but currently no working washing machine. Vaping allowed in the house and a indoor smoking room in the garage. Completely non discriminating however accomodation is not wheelchair accessable and even the downstairs accomodation is not on one level. Easy access to the M62 and within half-an-hour access to Halifax, Bradford, Huddersfield and Brighouse with Leeds, Wakefield and Manchester not that much further. Lightcliffe,Hipperholme and Bailiff Bridge is a beautiful locality with many aminities and a wonderful community spirit.

I am a widowed parent of 3 children. My youngest son still lives at home with me. My middle daughter is at uni so back during the holidays and my eldest lives with her 3- year -old in Halifax. I used to work for a local council for 25 years and now work as a part time carer.
