The house comprises of one large living room, two dining rooms, a pool room, two kitchens, 2 showers, one bathroom and three toilets. There is a washer dryer is on site. ALL BILLS (gas, electric, water, council tax, t. v. licence and talk talk unlimited broadband) included. Weekly cleaned Located just out of Morley town centre and ten minutes walk to the train station, perfect commuting to M62/M1 motorways with easy access and ample off street parking. Current tenants are professional working males and of full time employment in a non-smoking house. The sycamore has a respectful and friendly atmosphere.
