Furnished Double Room to Rent – Central Todmorden – £550 per Month, Bills Included

A furnished double room will be available from the beginning of August in a friendly, mixed-age family home in central Todmorden.

We are looking for a professional woman who works mainly regular daytime hours, for example Monday to Friday during the day. Unfortunately, the room would not be suitable for someone who regularly works night shifts, rotating shifts or very early-morning hours, as we have found that significantly different schedules can be difficult in a shared family home.

We are hoping to find someone who is looking for a quiet, settled and respectful place to live.

The room includes a wood-burning stove, although wood and coal are not included in the rent.

The kitchen and living room are shared, and we have pets, so the room would suit someone who is comfortable around animals.

Rent is £550 per month, including household bills.
