Very clean and tidy flat with anything you’ll ever need. The room comes unfurnished or furnished (bed, 4 drawer chest, book shelf, working desk, etc), depending on your preferences and needs. The area is very safe, loads of new shops, supermarkets (LIDL opening soon) around within a 5min walk, as well as Jubilee Line tube, DLR and bus station. All bills are inclusive such as council tax, water, electricity, gas and broadband (400mbs).
