It’s a lovely en-suite bedroom in the 3-bed detached house in a very friendly and quiet area.

Shared areas: fully equipped kitchen and living room

Spacious driveway.

Aldi and M&S in walking distance. Only 15 minutes by car to the city centre.

Bus stops are a 5-minute walk from the house, and they can take you to the city centre in 20 minutes, or to the airport/ Bootle.

You will be sharing the house with a living-in landlord (myself 😀) and my lovely and friendly puppy.

I also have a single room to rent, and it’s £350 per month incl bills

It’s only me and my 🐶 currently living in the house.

I’m a professional working from home, but i keep myself active after work. I’m easy going and have many hobbies. I love dancing, travelling, keep fit, healthy life style, socialising, movies… We don’t live to work:)
