The smaller room has a single bed, chest of drawers and desk at £375 per month inclusive and available from 1st August.

Please bring your own mattress cover, bedding, towels and consumables.

You’ll share a bathroom with one other that includes both a shower cubicle and a bath. Rest assured, the owner’s bedroom is on the opposite side of the house, ensuring your privacy.

This home is perfect for someone who enjoys a peaceful atmosphere who wants to relax and chill.

Parking is convenient on-street outside the house and additional space down the road, where other residents park.

Enjoy shared spaces such as the living room with a coal burner, a fully equipped kitchen, and a utility room with a washing machine. There’s also storage space in the attic and an external garage.

To move in, we’ll just need a reference from your work and proof of ID.
