A two minute walk from the train station and Aldershot town centre. The house is very close to local shops / market, bus stops for various routes and other local amenities. 
There is on street parking, so if you have a car you can normally find parking right out front. 
The house is only a short walk to the large Tesco and the Westgate development with a 7 multi-screen cinema, several well-known restaurants (Nando’s, Pizza Express) a 24hr Gym and a Morrisons supermarket.

My new housemate will have access to the common areas of the home; living room, dinning room, kitchen, bathroom, garden and additional WC. 

A fully fitted kitchen is complete with microwave, cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. A huge, fully tiled modern bathroom has separate shower and bath. The house is recently refurbished and well-maintained throughout with a cozy log burner, double glazing and is comfortably furnished. Courtyard patio garden, which is south facing.

The room is furnished with a new double bed, wardrobe with drawers and bedside table. All bills included within the rent. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months. Rent is £800 per calendar month. This includes Council Tax, water, gas & electricity and virgin broadband fibre. The property is ideal for a quiet, professional who is clean and tidy and who wants to live in a friendly and comfortable environment.
