My name is Annie and I have a beautiful, light, quiet and relaxing home in the Horsebridge area of Hailsham, East Sussex.

Nestled in a small gated community with great neighbours, close to local shops, the nature filled cuckoo trail, post office and super accessible bus routes to Eastbourne, Brighton & surrounding areas.

What IS cool is that I am offering double room with it’s own shower/en-suite and use of the living areas of the house with me and my cat, called Mouse. A beautiful and friendly doll-faced Persian with tonnes of personality and makes this house a home with fluffy entertainment and lots of chats. (a lot of backchat…)

I am ideally looking for a housemate not just to share a house with but to get along with and enjoy a home with. Really enjoy living together, occasionally hang out, watch films, chat, cook, eat, be silly, discuss rubbish, drink coffee. No pressure - just easy living in a relaxed home. Decent people, happy times. Clean, tidy and respectable.

I’m self employed and run my own creative business in Brighton and work from home when not out and about with clients, hiking or at the gym. I travel often to see friends and family, have a decent social life and tend to keep myself busy. ~But I do enjoy my downtime at home, too and enjoy living a sober lifestyle.

Live in landlord, but feels more like a house share! Very relaxed, quiet, clean and courteous. I’m a creative and always busy doing something work wise, or I’m down the gym or the beach with friends. I like a tidy, clean place and would expect the same from a house mate. Happy to chat and chill together, along with the cats who love a cuddle! Music is a must, a good film on a quiet night. I live a sober lifestyle and don’t really want big/daily drinkers in the house. Apart from that, pretty easy going!
