Hi the accommodation is a new build (2021) and I’m moving into the property at the start of 2025.

Both bedrooms are the exact same size and spec with a nice view out to the courtyard and a spacious en suite. It also had a balcony attached to the living/dining room.

The amenities on site include a gym, rooftop terrace, 2 cinema rooms, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, residents lounge with study pods and a pool table etc. There is also a bike storage and concierge.

There is a waiting list for parking at the apartment, so I will get on that as soon as possible. There is however lots of places nearby where residents park there car for free. Failing that, I believe there is parking for £40/month nearby.

I plan on also building a media wall and putting in a breakfast bar for the apartment.

I’m 28 years old, I play cricket, go to the gym, like spending time with friends and family but also like my own space. Like being out and about in my evenings / weekends when I can as I work from home in the day. Be good to find someone get on with and be friends with as opposed to just flatmates.
