The flat is a 2 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a cctv monitored building.

The property is located in the new City Quays area of Belfast Harbour facing the Belfast Marina across the River Lagan, at only 5 mins by foot from YorkGate Train Station, and 10 mins by foot from the Ulster University Belfast Campus when short-cutting through adjacent Clarendon Dock.

Street parking is available, as well as secure indoor private parking at an additional £120 a month within the same building. All bills and cleaning are included in the rent. The all-inclusive price per week is £225. There is no minimum stay or maximum stay. No references nor guarantor required.

Both bedrooms feature extra storage space in the beds underneath the mattresses and both bedrooms are lockable.

Additionally, both bedrooms come with black out curtains and a thermal roller blind for heat insulation.

The hallway features an abstract art shoe storage wall-cabinet and a full length mirror.

The property has been acoustically insulated and provides a peaceful space for relaxation and a high standard of living.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, an inbuilt oven and a new microwave, a brand new fridge-freezer, a WaterLovers MKII water distiller for complementary daily freshly filtered water and brand new Lavazza Coffee machine with complementary Italian coffee capsules.
