Hello. We are looking for a friendly Lodger/s to join our family home in Cotford st Luke. We are a loving family home, residing in cotford st luke for 10yrs. We are offering our beautiful double bedroom, with its own allocated bathroom, perfect for any Lodger. We are extremely respectful of your living area to allow peaceful relaxed living. The room includes desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and sturdy double bed. Furniture can be adjusted to your needs as we have a garage with alternative options or space to store. Downstairs we have a large kitchen, with dishwasher and washing machine and tumble dryer (use included in bill). You have your own fridge, cupboards and plenty of freezer space. There’s a small kitchen table with chairs for sitting. The Dining room has a large table for meals and hosting. The living room has comfy sofas, a TV with Xbox. There is fibre optic wireless internet, (36gb) a landline (free calls to landline AND mobile) The house has off street parking and a garage for storage. We have a good sized garden with patio and outside funiture. And have some planters if you have green fingers and fancy growing things. And a small flock of chickens in a garden avery for daily fresh eggs. (No Roosters) Cotford St Luke has a regular bus service to town (bus stop 150yrds away) and well as a lovely pub and a well stocked co-op. The area is beautiful and has some gorgeous walks.

Rent is £520/m with bills included. We are looking for a relaxed, friendly housemate who wants a home rather than just a room. Band C Council tax.

We (Matt and Jess) have been married for 11 years. We have lived with lodgers from various backgrounds and ways of life, for over 16yrs, we are very well practiced at being considerate, friendly and fun housemates. We have two well behaved friendly children aged 10yrs and 7yrs, who sleep through the night. Due to this we would like evidence of DBS check. And will help organise this if required.
