We are renting the largest double room in house which will be partly furnished. Other rooms in the house to share with owner and daughter. The bathroom has bath and shower and use of the kitchen with own double cupboard too. Use also of the front room once decorated. All bills and internet included as well as use of washing machine snd tumble dryer. Parking available and next to bus route. Bedroom has fitted wardrobe with double bed x2 chest of draws and can remove and use own furniture if wanted. Lady must like small dog and cat and own pet can be considered. £110 per week or £425 per month

Mother 50 years old and daughter of 15 will also live in property. Very easy going will be given own key and can provide lock on bedroom door at tenants expense
