Two bedroom semi detached house. Good size double room. Furniture and flooring to be updated in the new year. Nice quiet street. There is a Pub, Chemist, parade of shops including Tesco and Co-op with Post Office and a couple of takeout restaurants only a 5 minute walk from our home.

We are a fun easy going couple looking to rent my daughters old room since she now has her own home. it’s a very relaxed atmosphere, we are looking for a nice, reliable working person/couple. (1st month rent upfront)
