I am finding flatmates to secure this amazing flat with rent of £1100 per room. Bills come to about £100-150 a month.

This is Repton Gardens, a new build by Quintain Living. The place has 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a large common space hall with a modern kitchen. Dishwasher, washer-dryer, etc. included and ready to go.

-The vibe in the area is excellent, a busy and bustling atmosphere. This is right next to the iconic wembley stadium, so expect crowds and festivities all year round!

-You would have access to a free gym and common study/leisure space.

-Lidl, Sainsbury, Co-op within a 2-5 minute walk. Asda superstore is a 10 min walk. Restaurants and shops all around the place, including the London Designer Outlet

-great connectivity to central london (20 mins) and canary wharf through the Jubilee and metropolitan line, Wembley park underground station is just a 3 min walk

-regular free and fun community events both in the building and also in the locality!
