two bed room flat on the quay with a garage, parking and two privet gate accesses to the quay itself, big living room kitchen fully stocked with utensils, cooking equipment and crockery. The room comes with a small double bed and a cloths rail and large desk in the living room for work space. Flat its self is in lovely quiet area close enough to town that you can walk and far enough away to avoid the noise of Exeter night life perfect for a working perfectional or a student.

My name is Megan I’m 22 years old and i have been living at this flat for two years now looking for a new roommate as sadly my current one has to move for work , I’m a full time student and barista. i take pride in the flat being clean and tidy have a good relationship with the a neighbors work a lot of early hours so wont be using excessive amounts of noise in the evenings looking for someone to share a 12 month lease with me and hopefully renew it in the future as well.
