The house is clean, tidy and peaceful and would be ideal for a professional who is not looking to share with large numbers of house mates. As the only lodger, you would be sharing with myself who is a live in landlady with many year’s experience of having lodgers here. Strictly no couples. Professionals preferred. The house has excellent transport links and is only a short bus ride to Manchester City centre along with:

The room would be ideal for an independent, sociable busy character who enjoys life especially film, theatre and music. The house is a short walk from Stretford Mall and a short taxi journey or cycle ride to the buzzing suburb of Chorlton. The room is available for long term lodgers and also short stays (Monday to Friday) for those on a short work contract.
