Large furnished attic room for rental in a big family house in Embsay, with parking and lovely sunny patio and gardens. Easy reach of Skipton by car/bike/bus, or 30 min walk. Single occupancy only. Cheaper rate if Mon-Fri only, but happy to store belongings when not in occupancy. Usually quiet but sometimes busy household, but room is peaceful and very private. A well-behaved pet is welcome. Short or long-term tenancy. No smoking/vaping.

Family of three (one teenager) with other adult children visiting and staying intermittently in our large three-storey house. A very sociable house, but it is absolutely fine to keep to your own private area, with of course access to kitchen, lounge, utility, garden as wished.
