Looking for a female flatmate to occupy 1xDouble Room which is furnished with a Bed, Wardrobe and Drawers. The toilet is outside the room but it will be for your own use only.

The area is in High Barnet, direct line to Oxford circus within 30mins and Leicester Square. The area is leafy green, tranquil and peaceful with plenty of shops around including a small little mall called the spires. Perfect for those who like to live in London but have fresh green breathing space.

Shared living space comes with sofa and table, and shared kitchen. All equipment in the kitchen belongs to me which you can use but please keep it clean after every use.

I have 1 Ragdoll Cat whom you might occasionally have to look after, he loves all humans and animals and is probably the most gentle cat on this planet.

I am a software engineer but also run my own business on the side. Am wfh and I enjoy movies, non fictional books, anime, cooking, nature, animals, video games, and travelling.

I’m looking for someone Chill & Relaxed. And also Tidy, Organized and knows how to clean up after themselves! Meaning to take part in house chores weekly, buy washing supplies etc. You must also Love animals!

Bills are seperate and cost approximately £150~ including water, gas, electricity, council tax, WiFi etc.

So you’ll be looking to pay £875+(£150~) per month .
