We’re offering a cozy 14’10” x 6’8” single room with a comfortable double mattress. The room comes with a private bathroom for your exclusive use and a wardrobe with hanging rails for storage.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, including a deep fryer, so you don’t need to worry about bringing your own utensils or appliances. You’ll also have access to the shared lounge with a TV, a terrace/balcony with a peaceful forest view, and a handy broom closet for extra storage.

You’ll be sharing the flat with myself and my older brother (who stays in the lounge, but the lounge and TV are available for your use as well). The flat includes a washing machine, dryer, and fast internet, with all bills covered. Tesco is right across the street, and another grocery store is conveniently located under the flat. The bus stop is just below, and Chingford and Walthamstow Central stations are a quick bus ride away.

It’s just me (26f) and my brother (28m) living in the apartment. Anyone is welcome, so long as they’re not too messy. We like to keep the place clean. We’re pretty easy going. You can scream on top of your lungs or sit silently in your room, no one is going to bother you.
