Room is full furnished with a double bed, memory foam mattress/quilted mattress cover, bureau dresser, comfy wooden chair, double wardrobe and your own personal fridge/freezer.

Shared bathroom and kitchen. Living room not included, hence the cheap rent. Internet and washing machine included. All bills included. No living room. Off road parking available on front yard. Security cameras facing front and back of the house.

Sharing with professionals. Everyone is super neat and tidy and mostly keep to themselves. Calm and peaceful home.

Location: Walking distance from Ashford and Staines railway station. 1 min away from bus stop. 18 mins by car to Heathrow. 2 mins to local shops, Huge Tesco Extra and Lidl nearby. Community center with Swimming pool and Gym 5 mins away.

3 full time working professionals including 1 couple. 2 females, 1 male. Every one is chill, respectful, no drama.
