Furnished single room for one person only (no couples). You must be in employment.

Communal areas… Modern spacious lounge area with dining suite and sitting area very relaxing.

Modern clean kitchen with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, wash & dryer, microwave and all mod cons. A guest is given their own storage cupboards.

Bathroom/shower suite clean and modern.

All bills are included in the rent

The Deposit is £230 & £230 2 weekes rent in advanced. £460 to move in.

I normally rent the room on an every 2 weeks payment with 2 weeks deposit and 2 weeks notice, but this website will only let me add monthly.

However, I still prefer 2 weeks deposit and pay every 2 weeks in advance. That makes it a little cheaper for you to move in, as I will need £230 for 2 weeks deposit and 2 weeks rent £230 total £460 to move in. The rent will be paid ongoing every 2 weeks £230. My past lodgers prefer this way.

Partner… This is a let for one person only

There is ample parking space.

Surrounding area.. The area is very quiet and respectable and not a place to have wild parties, as the other apartment owners are mature business people.

2 weeks notice when leaving. This is in keeping with 2 weeks deposit.
