The property is exactly the same as what’s shown in the video and the pictures, immaculate and very neatly maintained. It’s a lovely apartment building. No overcrowding like other shared properties where you will be sharing with 4 other individuals, this flat is only shared between 2 people.

1-bed flat 640sq ft area. 5 min walk from the central line which takes to Bond Street in 20 min

In total 3 tube stations, nearest central line a 5 min walk, and another is Piccadilly line 10 min walk

Ealing Broadway 3 stops away. White City 3 stops away. Sainsbury Superstore is 7 min walk Asda on Move 5 min walk Lidl: is 7 min walk

The living room is converted into room 1 (blinds are there for the full-size window which you see in the video), and the 2nd is the Master double bedroom. The flat is fully furnished with an air conditioner, dryer, washing machine, oven, microwave, hoover, freezer, wardrobe, IKEA shelves (ample storage space in shelves and wardrobe), 55“ TV with streaming services loaded in, PS4, working desk, and working chair added though not shown in the video. Playstation and board games if you’re into them.

You can either work in your room (a working desk is already provided) or use the co-working lounge in the building available 24/7.

The living room converted into the other room is used by: 31 years old working tech professional in a social networking company. Love travelling, watching movies, shows, sports, working out and into padel, tennis and boxing. A roomie with a similar lifestyle, and hobbies will be fun to live here sharing it.
