Hey there, I’m Adam, I’m a 27 year old about to start a masters in QUB in September. I’ve been living in this house for 18 months now and have loved it, it’s a great setup and a perfect location. I’ve currently a double bedroom and a single bedroom available to rent, priced accordingly. I’ll be working and studying a fair bit so ideally would want roommates in a similar boat who aren’t gonna be mad for the partying or anything like that, and who like a tidy living environment.
