This is a nice clean bedroom, light and airy with two windows and wooden flooring. It’s furnished with one double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail and a built-in cupboard for extra storage. Adults only and one guest per room. I have spare bedding available and you are free to use all kitchen utensils and laundry facilities whenever you like. Pay the amount for the entire stay once you have arrived, deposit is kept until you are ready to leave. Non-negotiable on the rent I accept:-

2. For IBAN SWIFT/BIC international bank transfers, (please note check with your bank) some payments could take between 2-9 working days, therefore make sure the transaction is done before arriving.

You will be sharing the bathroom and Kitchen with myself, please keep all areas clean and tidy. Well maintained garden at the front/back, nice table and chairs, barbeque grill and decking. One very strict house rule… No drugs allowed on this property, if on inspections drugs are found you will be asked to leave with no refund. Note:- Cannabis is illegal and classed as a drug. • TV license
• Broadband (no TV package) I’ve been a landlady since 2018, and host around 17 long & 29 short term, seven guest has returned to stay, I’m a great listener always happy to chat if you need me and here to help as I have my guest best interest at heart.
