About the home: 3 bed house. The kitchen is equipped with Samsung appliances. The room available for rent is a single bed room but it can fit a small double. It offers lovely views of the back field. Upstairs, we have a full bath and shower, and downstairs, there is a guest toilet, back yard and garage for additional storage.

We are a couple with a toddler (age 4) and a large friendly dog. We work in Film TV & Media (43,40) and are keen movie and gaming enthusiasts and love travel. We are calm, quiet, friendly and a sociable family , very tidy and respectful of your privacy and comfort in our home and expect our lodger to help maintain that peaceful environment. The other room is being let out by a 45 year old gentleman also a Film and TV person and a very respectful, tidy and friendly person. We all are busy professionals and I’m just in between a career change, we don’t have a ton of time to socialise but open to occasional movie nights/ dinners/ game nights.
