Available from July 1st 2025. Will consider reduced monthly rent for someone only wanting room, Monday to Friday.
Last 3 photos show newer furniture, including very large wardrobe and newer bed in the bedroom. I have not been able to take photos of them in the bedroom as current tenant still here and not moving out until end of June.
Large ground floor private room in quiet family home. 3 bathrooms, kitchen, utility, living room, conservatory and large private garden. Tennant will have own large room, full use of kitchen and their own bathroom (which is not an en-suite).
£475 per month for 1 person.
10 minutes walk to bus stop. 15 minutes walk to Holywood village, which has a train station.
About the roomies
Most of the time just myself and teenage daughter in the house and a lot of the time, nobody, as my daughter will be at school and I will be at work.
