About the room
Luxury Double Room in Beautiful Kite Area with ensuite right in the heart of Cambridge, near to Cambridge University. Two other female lodgers already living there. ALL FEMALE HOUSEHOLD.
Professionals or post graduate students preferred
This is a safe and secure environment in an all-female house with a strictly no visitor policy. If you want to get on with your life without any disturbance, this is a safe and secure place to stay in the very centre of Cambridge.
This is a mature household, that’s why you need to be over 24 years old preferably. The other two girls are quiet and clean and keep the house clean and tidy. My lodgers normally stay way over a year, so they must love it!
You have the whole of the Top Floor of my house, the bedroom has four windows to two aspects - Is furnished with a king size bed with quality pocket-sprung mattress, desk and chair, Set of drawers, bedside cabinets and a selection of built-in wardrobes and cupboards. There is also a mirror, blackout blinds and an Ensuite shower room with wash basin and WC.. It is very quiet and very private considering its right in the centre of Cambridge. There are two windows looking towards kings college chapel and another two roof windows.
The ensuite has a shower, toilet, wash-basin, mirror, bathroom cabinet and radiator. There are plenty of towel rails too,
On 1st floor there are two lodgers’ rooms and a bathroom. There’s also an additional toilet on the ground floor. You have use of the kitchen as long as you clean it up as you go. You have your own cupboard for food, and a shelf in the fridge and one space in the freezer you can use. There is a Gas cooker, electric oven, washing machine, toaster, microwave and kettle.
You can use the rear courtyard garden for secure bike storage, drying your laundry or relaxing on the bistro set.
I’m looking for someone quiet, tidy and respectful. I do a monthly rolling contract, but prefer lodgers who want to stay at least 6 months if possible.
My other lodgers are professionals and walk to work. Another professional female to join them would be great.
All Utility Bills are included, plus internet. Room is for single occupancy.
