Bills which are included in the rent are Council tax, water, broadband are included in the rent

Electricity and gas are not. I receive minute by minute updates from the gas and electric company on my app of the usage via smart meters. Every month these charges will be divided by the number of tenants. (Average is approx £50 -60 permonth per tenant).
