Annie's room

We have a detached character house, located on a quiet private road. Room is a furnished double with single occupancy. All bills included. The house has three bathrooms, large kitchen (lots of storage and two American size fridge- freezers), huge beautiful garden/patio, comfy living room and dining room. Driveway parking available. We’re a short walk to Guildford town centre, The Spectrum, Stoke Park, the countryside, London Rd station and we are bus or biking distance to the University. The house is very tidy, quiet, recently updated and comfortable. My lodgers usually love living here and stay for years so this vacancy is quite rare! We are LGBTQ friendly.

We are a mother/daughter (16) who are very welcoming but, overall, a fairly quiet family. I’ve been renting to lodgers for 12+ years and have had all good experiences - they often stay for years and remain in touch after departing. I’m tidy, friendly, easy-going, physically active. We do prefer a female non-smoking lodger. We have a gentle, rescue Greyhound whose primary hobby is to sleep.
