Lovely airy flat with a balcony overlooking Cardiff Bay, in a quiet neighbourhood by the water. The flat was freshly renovated in 2022 and has unlimited parking available, plus secure bike lockers if you cycle.

The room is a private bedroom and currently comes with my furniture, but this can be moved on request :)

Around a 10 min walk to Dingle Road train station, a short walk to the water taxi into Cardiff, and Penarth town centre is also within walking distance for cafés, shops, pubs, and the seafront. Cardiff town Centre is a 15 min cycle across the barrage which is quicker than driving!

Ideal for someone looking for a calm, friendly place to live with easy access into Cardiff and lovely walks nearby.

Hi :) I’m Isaac, a 26-year-old freelance musician. I live with my ginger tabby cat, Wes, who is very much part of the flat! He is super friendly and loves attention, but sleeps for most of the day.

I’m into cooking, music, paddle boarding, sports, and generally keeping busy with creative bits and outdoorsy stuff. As I’m a musician, I do occasionally make some noise on my instruments, but I’m always happy to be mindful, keep things quieter when needed, and avoid playing at certain hours.

My wonderful girlfriend may visit for a short stay occasionally, and I normally tour for 2-3 months a year!

I’m looking for someone friendly, respectful, and easy-going to share a calm, comfortable home with :)
