My flatmate is moving out so I have a gorgeous room in Spinningfields available, with a huge bathroom thrown in. The flat is in a great area, with all the benefits of being in the city centre whilst still being in a relatively quiet spot!

I’ve lived in the flat for about 4 years now and love it! I’m a lawyer and work on a hybrid basis, but plan to mostly be in the office. I’m looking for someone who is chilled and doesn’t mind a cosy night in but equally I’m very respectful of people having their own space ☺️
