We have to offer our lovely big double bedroom to rent due to our long term tenant moving out. The pictures of the bedroom is not great as he is still living here until the 12th July. All bills included. Quiet times in the house is between 12am and 7am unless work means you have to leave earlier. The house it’s self is situated in a very quiet close with only 16 houses. Very close to maybird shopping centre and town centre. Train station located approximately 20 minutes walk. Plenty of space outside to park a vehicle. Minimum let would be 3 months.
