Sunday evening to Friday only: Large Double room available through the week in a lovely tidy detached house in Marina Park (St crispins) just next to Sixfields. Room is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed with new mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, sofa bed, small foldaway laptop desk and bedside tables. Bathroom with shower over next to the room and there is also a WC downstairs. Bathroom will be generally just used by you as I go to the gym in the mornings. WiFi is included, there is a TV in room with a Now TV box (limited channels) and a DVD player with a big range of DVD choice to choose from. Now TV box also has Netflix, Disney+ app- you would need your own log ins for this. Ironing board and iron provided in the room along with a kettle and small fridge. I have also put hand sanitiser in the room and complimentary hot drinks. Bedding will be changed regularly. There is a secure lock on the bedroom door which you have a key for. All bills included in the weekly cost. There is a shared kitchen/diner with smart TV. Room will be given in fridge for your food. All kitchen appliances can be used and there is also a dishwasher so you don’t need to wash up. Parking right outside the front of the house in a non through quiet road. My house is situated at the bottom of a little cul de sac. Small enclosed garden. New build property with easy access to M1, walking distance to Sixfields and very regular bus routes to Town centre/train station/Daventry. Walking distance to all local amenities which include a co-op, dominos, Spanish tapas restaurant, fish and chips, beauty salon and tanning shop. It is also a 5 minute walk to Sainsbury’s, 4 local pubs, cinema, bowling, 2 gyms (Nuffield and The Gym Group), petrol stations and other restaurants/ drive throughs. Pump gym and Trilogy is a 5/10 min drive away. PLEASE NOTE: The room is available from Sunday night- Friday ONLY. Arrival on sunday from 6pm and vacating on Friday by 10am (times can be adjusted if needed-please advise in advance). This room would not be suitable for someone requiring a 7 day rent, however if you need to store clothes/shoes etc in the wardrobe/draws to save bringing everything back and forth you may do so I have a friendly small dog and if you don’t like dogs this property won’t be suitable for you. He will want to greet you but he does sleep and chill with me so he won’t pester you. I work full time and generally keep myself to myself in the evenings so you have your own space and time to relax. First week rent (or full month) to be paid on the day you move in. £140 per week or £560 every 4 weeks. Please message me for any further questions :)
