My son stays over every fortnight so any tensnt MUST be comfortable with this.

About me…..

36 Year old male who has lolived in Leeds from birth.

Occupation: Electrician

I’m very much a laid back / easy going person who works full time Mon - Friday…….I love to go to the gym…..play tennis……go running etc…..other hobbies include guitar / Netflix bingeing / socialising with friends.

The house is a quiet relaxed house and I prefer to keep it that way.

Reason for availability:

Me and my partner have broken up recently and we were 50/50 tenants ……the only option I have of keeping the house going is if I can find someone who I’m happy to to share it with 🫶🏼
