1 double bedroom available in 3 bedroom flat. My current flatmate will be moving out around Sept to move in with his partner. Although it may be available sooner. Rent is £850 total. £425 split equally. Wooden double bedframe available if wanted in the room.

The largest room in the flat is used as an office/shared storage/laundry room, (I also work from home 2-3x a week). The flat is spacious for two people, whilst still feeling cosy too. It’s a real gem of a place 🥰

The flat has a little balcony, front and back door entrance, lots of windows and is light and airy. We have communal access to a huge back garden overlooking the river too. So if you’re keen on gardening/BBQing it’s ideal. Close to the woods, trees and Derbyshire. Also 2 min walk from Dore train station and bus stop to town. 15 mins drive away from town centre. Car parking space is available directly outside too.

Looking for someone easygoing, sociable, independent and a good communicator. Open to having shared meals, but tend to mostly cook separately. Preference to share the space with someone who is LGBTQ+ too but not a requirement 😊
