Seven Hill Way

Really nice 3 bedroom semi, located 2 min walk away from the train station and 5 mins walk from all the bars at Morley bottoms. Morley itself is a lovely area with tons of bars and cute little restaurants and eateries. Its also a great spot for commmuting.

In terms of entertainment I’ve got every console under the sun such as PS5,Xbox series s, Switch, N64, Megadrive and all sorts of other stuff so whether you’re into modern games or retro i have something here for you!
I also have access to any movie or series or anything like that and hosuemates can basically use whatever they want. :-)

Cooking/cleaning facilities

The kitchen contains a fan assissted Gas oven, an air fryer, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge freezer, toastie maker, coffee machine (you can make amazing lattes etc ) a washer dryer! (has an amazing setting to wash & dry a few items in one go in around 45 mins which is an absolute life saver hahaa)

I also have a Heineken Krups beer dispenser, so if you like a pint at home then you’re welcome to use it and buy whatever beer/cider etc etc you want for it! :-D

I’m currently living here alone due to both of my previous housemates moving out just before christmas. I needed to do a few bits around the house and am looking to sell the place next year so I haven’t got round to renting rooms out again until now but the place is all the better for it! My previous housemates each been living here for 2 and a half years and 2 years respectively so the rooms needed a bit of tlc/refurbishments.

I bought the house 10 years ago and have lived here since so i kow the area well and have plenty of friends. I’m a socialble guy, a cocktail bartender and bar development manager by trade. I was a dj for ten years but now i just make music and write lyrics etc. If you’re into your music this place will be a great fit as i like most things and we could potentially collaberate. I love football and boxing and watch all the live games and events regularly. I also love video games and a great film! I love going out and am always up for a pint or going for a bite to eat etc.
