All bills are inclusive in the monthly rent advertised. This includes council tax, broadband, gas, electric, water and a fortnightly cleaner.
The property is well decorated, warm and welcoming. It has 2 kitchens, both fully equipped and with plenty of space for everyone. One is located on the ground floor and one on the first floor. On the ground floor there is also a shared living room complete with large flat screen TV. There are laundry facilities on the ground floor.
