About the room
hello! I’m moving out of my place in Clapham Park as I’m moving in with my partner and looking for someone to take my room ASAP until 7th Oct 2024.
the room is a double with big windows and lots of natural light. basic furnishings (bed, chest of drawers, mirror, wardrobe) are included.
The flat’s shared spaces are big and there is also a balcony which can store a bike. the building is fob accessible and the neighbours are all really lovely. fab location, with good transport links (15-min walk to Clapham South/Balham for Northern Line, 10-min walk to Streatham Hill for trains, lots of buses) and a 5-min walk to Tooting Common!

About the roomies
You will be sharing the flat with two girls in their mid 20’s, also professionals like me. Both have been living in the flat for over a year. they are sociable, enjoy a frequent flat dinner/trip to the pub but also respect each other’s space.
